MPC is the Place to Be!

Welcome to the MPC CXC-CSEC department! We are proud to be the only CXC school on the island offering the subjects Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Technical Drawing, Home Economics with a focus on Food, Nutrition and Health, and Family and Resource Management at the CSEC level.

As a department, our focus is on fostering a school culture where students wear their uniforms with pride, practice respect, and prioritize learning.

Our dedicated team of educators works hard every day to develop critical thinkers and responsible students. By using innovative teaching methods and engaging, out-of-the-box assignments, we strive to keep students motivated and excited about learning.

At the MPC CXC-CSEC department, we provide three years of foundational secondary education in Forms 1, 2, and 3. At the end of Form 3, students select a pathway to further their education. We offer specializations in Humanities and Technical Studies whereby our curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with practical learning experiences.

We are committed to 21st-century learning, where technology plays a central role. While this can sometimes make traditional teaching methods challenging, our staff continuously adapts, finding creative ways to engage students in this ever-changing world. We are dedicated to providing our students with the best possible learning opportunities and helping them achieve their full potential.
